Delivery Time
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after we got your payment confirmation. Delivery is only available from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. During peak times there will be a delay. Our distribution centre is located in Newcastle, NSW and is closed on weekends and public holidays. We use Australia Post and Star Track Express and they will take 1-6 working days, depending on your location. Regional areas may take extra time but most deliveries are delivered on time. Your delivery may be delayed due to unexpected events and poor weather conditions
