Our quality control department inspects the products twice after the production and again checks the product before shipping to the customers that’s is why we have low return & exchange rate. We have committed to providing a friendly and rapid exchange.
Return or Exchange Process:
We have a pride in our excellent quality product, and for any reason, if you want to return or exchange the product. We are happy to assist you with your return or exchange. You can return the product with original packing and tag cards to the address given by the customer service member within 14 days of delivery. We will not entertain your request after the return and exchange cooling period off. We will ensure the product must be unused and not damaged before exchange or return. The product will only be returned or exchanged for a solid reason after our team assess the request and returned product. We reserve the right to decline return or exchange if we found returned product damaged or used. The shipping cost of each return varies from case to case and is mentioned in detail under Shipping Cost of Return Product.
We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages sent by the customers. We will also not be responsible for damages that can occur during transit. We recommend you purchase extra insurance and/or tracking to ensure the product is returned in satisfactory condition.
You have to wait for 14 days from the day we received your returned product, we will check either returned product fall an eligible product for return and exchange or not. We will initiate a refund or redelivered exchange product if your returned product falls in the eligible product.
Defective or Wrong Product:
If you received a manufacturer or material defective product or the wrong product, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the invoice number and product picture within 14 business days after the product is delivered. Returned the product to the address given by our customer service member with all packing, tag cards or any other packing material. A claim will not be entertained after the deadline.
Change of Mind:
In case change of mind, we will happy to assist you on this issue. We will only exchange the product in change of mind. No refund will be initiated in this case. You can return the product with the original packing and all tag cards to the address given by our customer service member. Before exchange, We must ensure that product must be unused and not damaged. We reserve the right to decline the exchange offer if returned product is damaged or used. The customer will be liable to pay the return shipping cost and handling cost if any. This option is available within 14 business days of the delivery.
In case Purchased Product not Receive:
In case you didn’t receive the product within the specific shipping time frame, first, you search for the tracking number on your courier website and contact the courier company. Still, if you will not satisfied with the status of your product then you can contact us with the invoice number within 30 days after that we will not entertain your request.
Products not eligible for Return Policy:
Products that are not eligible for return or exchange are the following:
- Mouth guard and groin guard are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene concerns.
- Product on sale, promotional and stock clearance are not eligible for return and exchange.
- Request received after the 14 days of the receiving order.
- Product used or not in original condition and packaging.
Products Eligible for Return Policy:
Products that are eligible for return or exchange are the following:
- Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Product returned to us not damaged.
- Request received within 14 days of the receiving order.
- Product must be in original condition and packaging.
Products can be exchanged for different sizes or colors of the same product, provided that the preferred size or color must be in stock. If the preferred size or color is not available or you want a different product, return the unwanted product in its original condition and place a new order. This option is valid for 14 days of delivery and the product must not be used during that period. The return shipping cost has to be paid by the buyer unless the mistake is from our side.
Once we receive your product, we inspect the product condition to satisfy our return policy. We will take 14 days after the product is received and initiate the refund to your original payment method. Usually, refunds take 1-5 business days to appear in your account depending upon your bank provider.
We are unable to accept the return and refund of customize gears under this policy.
