Shipping Policy

Javson Sports provides high-quality products with reliable and efficient shipping services. We have partnered with Australia’s leading freight forwarders like Australia Post and Star Track Express for small and bulk shipments to deliver safe and fast delivery at the best freight rate across Australia.

DELIVERY TIME:

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after we got your payment confirmation. Delivery is only available from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. During peak times there will be a delay. Our distribution centre is located in Newcastle, NSW and is closed on weekends and public holidays. We use Australia Post and Star Track Express and they will take 1-6 working days, depending on your location. Regional areas may take extra time but most deliveries are delivered on time. Your delivery may be delayed due to unexpected events and poor weather conditions.

DELIVERY COST:

Delivery cost will depend on your number of products, their weight, their dimension and delivery location. Your overall delivery cost will be displayed on the checkout page.

DELIVERY ADDRESS:

Your product will deliver to the address provided by you during the product checkout page. And, once you have been charged, we cannot change the delivery address. Please carefully check over your order and shipping information before completing your order.

DELIVERY TO PO BOX:

No, we do not ship the order to PO Box. Please ensure your delivery details are residential or commercial addresses. 

LATE DELIVERIES:

We or our courier providers will try to deliver your order on time but it may be late due to delays outside of our control. If you have not received your order within the time frame then you contact the nominated courier service or directly contact us.

TRACK YOUR ORDER:

Once, we shipped your order, we will provide you with the nominated courier service and tracking number of your order. You can directly track your order by visiting the website of courier service

Note: Tracking details need some time to appear on the courier service website. If no information is shown against your tracking number then check again later.

ORDER DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

We ensure that your goods are shipped in proper packing that not get damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged parcel then directly contact us within 24 hours after the delivery. Our customer service will assess and assist you in this matter.

JAVSON NOT RESPONSIBLE:

Javson Sports is not responsible for the accidents, weather, delays, loss in transit, off-loading facilities and the estimated time of arrivals.

SHIP TO NEW ZEALAND:

Yes, we can ship to New Zealand. All import taxes or duties and New Zealand custom clearance are the responsibility of the buyer. Also, if you do not pay taxes or duties on time, then the package will be returned to us and we will not be responsible for shipping or order refunds.

Note: Bulky items are not available for New Zealand shipping.

SHIP INTERNATIONALLY:

Yes, We provide international shipping from our Australian warehouse. All import taxes or duties, customs clearance and all shipping or custom related issues will be the responsibility of the buyer. No refund or return will be accepted, once we shipped your order.

TAXES:

During checkout, the total cost only includes GST. When the parcel reached your address, if authorities charged any tax, you will be responsible for that taxes or duties 

Shipping Policy for Customize Gears:

No, the shipping policy for customize gears is not same. We will share the shipping policy of the customize gears with you once you placed the custom order.
