1. What happens if I have issues placing my order?

If you have an issue with an order, please contact us via customerservice@javsonsports.com.Our customer service representative will assist you and resolve your issue.

2. How do I change my order after it has been placed?

Please contact us at customerservice@javsonsports.com with order details. We will accommodate your request where possible. This is not available for custom gears.

3. What does it mean if my shipped order has not arrived?

Orders typically take 1-6 days to deliver after leaving our warehouse. However, we use Australia post and are subject to their delays and unforeseen circumstances such as weather events etc. If your order has not arrived within this time frame then contact us at customerservice@javsonsports.com

4. What is the sizing information?

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Debit Cards, Credit Cards, PayPal, Klarna, and Afterpay.

6. What is the processing time for orders?

Orders placed online are processed from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery time varies on delivery location.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, We provide international shipping from our Australian warehouse. All import taxes or duties, customs clearance, and all shipping or customs-related issues will be the responsibility of the buyer. No refund or return will be accepted, once we ship your order.

Note: Bulky items are not available for international shipping.

8. Can you ship to a PO Box?

No, we do not ship an order on PO Box. Please ensure your delivery details are residential or commercial addresses.

9. Do you accept returns?

Yes, We accept eligible returns. Click here to review our return, refund or exchange policy. Customize gear are not eligible for these returns.

10. What happens if an ordered product is not available?

Our website has a real-time inventory site meaning to date the inventory after some minutes. When all required product options are selected, their availability will be displayed.
